October 2026
We broke ground
On October 9, 2026, shovels hit the soil at 1511 10th Avenue SW and Three Robins Salmon Arm officially began. Surrounded by neighbours, partners, and our team, we celebrated the first step toward a new kind of active living in the Shuswap.
November 2026
Our first social
At the end of November we host our first Salmon Arm social. Come meet the team, see the floor plans and renderings, and ask anything over coffee. From February 2027 we plan to gather monthly, likely the last Friday of each month. Priority Access members are invited first.
Spring 2027
The roof goes on, the presentation centre opens
Once the roof is on, our presentation centre opens in Salmon Arm with floor plans, finishes, and a team on hand Monday to Saturday, 1 to 5 pm.
Winter 2027
The show suite opens
A fully furnished show suite opens in December 2027, about four months before move-in, so you can walk through your future home before you choose it.
Spring 2028
Welcoming our first neighbours
Then come the finishing touches. We cannot wait to open our doors and welcome our first neighbours home. Join the Priority Interest List to be first to know as suites, pricing, and opening details are released.
